BAKELS CARAMEL DELITE MUD CAKE
- 500g Bakels Caramel Flavoured Delite Cake Mix
- 2 Small Eggs
- 130ml Water (variable)
- 70g Canola Oil
Add the cake mix, eggs and water to a mixing bowl.
Mix together for 1 minute on low speed.
Mix for a further 2 minutes on high speed.
Add the Canola Oil and blend on low speed until the oil clears.
Deposit into a lightly greased and lined 6" to 7" cake tin.
Bake at 200° C. for 55 to 60 minutes.
Blend the above ingredients as per recipe - lines 1 to 5.
Dispense approximately 60g of Caramel flavoured syrup into a lightly greased and lined pudding bowl.
Deposit the cake batter on top of the syrup.
Bake at 160° C. for approximately 50-60 minutes, depending on the oven.
