Terms and Conditions:
- Suntralis Foods will not be held responsible for any errors occurring due to incorrect information being provided by the customer regarding payment or delivery details. If you do pick up any errors before receiving the order please let us know and we will endeavor to rectify it before the order is packed.
- All prices provided on the website are in Australian Dollars and include GST. All prices are subject to change due to supply costs. Prices will be different to the prices that we offer in store
- Any information offered on the website is to be used as a guide only. It is the customers responsibility to do their own research and to visit medical professionals for medical and diet advice. We try to ensure the information regarding the product and of the nutritional content offered on the website is up to date and accurate, however we take no responsibility if errors occur. Suntralis Foods, its directors or employees are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages related to the products sold.
- The food on our website may contain traces of the following: peanuts, nuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds, seeds, soybeans and soy products, egg, pollen and bee products, preservatives, gluten and cereals containing gluten, wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, dairy, fish, crustacea and other products. We try to ensure no cross contamination of products occurs but any allergen or nutritional information should never be considered a guarantee.
- If you are not satisfied with the order that you receive then please contact us immediately so that we can try to rectify the problem.
- We try to pack the orders and get them to you as quickly as we can so if you do decide to change or cancel your order then let us know as soon as possible and we’ll try to help. Any transaction and/or other applicable fees incurred by Suntralis Foods due to the cancelled order will not be refunded.
- Due to the nature of our store, exchanges aren’t offered on most products so it’s best to get in contact with us directly. Any freight charges will be the customers responsibility.
- While Suntralis Foods endeavor to keep the website up to date with the products that are out of stock we may be left short unexpectedly due to supply issues. If an out of stock item is purchased then the customer will be contacted directly and offered an alternative product or a refund.
- Please check all items received against your invoice and contact Suntralis Foods within 48 hours if there are any discrepancies.
- All delivery information provided including address and instructions are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot guarantee the state of products (ie chocolate) through the freight process due to the use of third party courier companies. If there is nobody to accept the packages, the courier will leave in a safe place. If you note that you would like somebody to sign for the package and nobody is at the address given then the courier will take it back to depot. Suntralis Foods accepts no responsibility or liability for left packages, packages taken back to the depot or any loss or damage occurring by reason of delay or inability to deliver as a result of fire, floods, strikes, accident, war, embargoes, riot or from any other cause which is unavoidable or beyond our reasonable control
