This wholemeal premix is produced from a special base flour to which the appropriate amounts of specially prepared bran, germ, semolina and other mill streams have been added back and mixed to reconstitute a whole meal.

To make a large loaf (baked weight approx. 930g) requires 560g (3 1/2 cups) of premix, 1 1/2 tsp (4.5g) of yeast and 415ml of water.
