How to Cook

1. Add 2 1/4 cups of water or stock to 1 cup (200g) of Rice and salt to taste

2. Bring to boil over high heat, cover, reduce to simmer covered for 30 to 35 minutes

3. Remove from heat and stand covered for 5 to 10 minutes before removing the lid

4. Use a fork to help fluff rice before serving.
